ViSit Anywhere 16.3.2 Release Notes

Partial Network Validation

A partial network validation could remove the association between the selected injection point and its parent.

C.F, Electrical Supply

Now handles traced segments without a start or end node; prevent a null reference exception, and log a warning message.

Sample Point Tool

The sample point tool is now located in the SETTINGS page of the ribbon, and is available for both VA GT and VA MS.

Custom Sample Point Actions

We have added a new way to provide user defined custom actions for the sample point tool.  See this link for more details.

Alternate Geometry Initialization

It was not possible to initialize an alternate geometry for free standing symbols (not in a network model).

Ribbon Quick Access Toolbar Truncated

The user interface components have been updated to correct a problem in the ribbon quick access tool bar, where the toolbar was truncated by contextual ribbon tabs, even if the toolbar was being displayed below the ribbon.  Note that this correction is only available in the full ViSit Anywhere installer and can not be corrected with the patch installer.  If you need to correct this problem, uninstall your previous version of ViSit Anywhere and then install the full version (at least revision 16.3.2).

Corrected Problem with Watch Conflict Detection

A problem has been corrected that may result in controlled watch conflicts being not detected.  This may result in the creation of recovery bundles that were more difficult to process than they may have been otherwise.  In the current version of ViSit Anywhere, a detected watch conflict will result in a recovery bundle, as these conflicts are often difficult to resolve.
