ViSit Anywhere 17.2.4 Release Notes

Shape Data Integration

We have corrected a problem when discovering sites related to a "Shape" activity : in some cases, the configuration variables defined at the module level were not used.

Attachment of GPS Information

Added a Vigis.SnapIns.GpsInfo.dll extension, that associates points surveyed on the field with existing network equipment.

Relation Validation

Corrected an error during the validation of a relation : Relation was not handling a missing column in the target column.

FM Extension

We have corrected an error in the 'Add Symbol' tool of the FM extension. A Null reference exception was thrown when the user accepts the default orientation (right click) and then try to add the symbol (left click).

EPANET

We have added 2 new column types (Control, State) in the Vigis.SnapIns.Epanet extension. You can use these columns to describe controls and initial states on various network components.

The pipe section of the generated EPANET file now add the content of an optional 'description' column as a comment on each pipe.

We have corrected an error in the way we parse EPANET results by time intervals.

We have added a new column type for an EPANET rule body.  This column should be used in the EPANET Rules reference table.  We have implemented infrastructure for editing and verifying EPANET rules as well as to export them with the EPANET project.

We now expose a function that can be used to build a graph of the results for a particular node or link that is appropriate for use in a ViSit Anywhere tooltip element.

Vertical Grid

We have corrected a problem in the sorting of columns in the vertical grid (Review and Edit Attributes tools). We have detected the problem on a secondary table containing more than 20 columns. The problem might be related to a recent upgrade of the UI components (DevExpress).

External Table

The 'With Gazetteer' property of an external table was not properly serialized after editing.

Detailed by Activity

The 'Detailed by Activity' setting is now activated by default on a new installation of ViSit Anywhere.
