Components Upgrade
In this release, we have upgraded the UI component and the Cad Engine component. ViSit Anywhere 17.1 now uses DevExpress 16.2.5 and VectorDraw 7.7010.1.0.
Installers
The installation logic has been modified for VA and VAX, for a better management of the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable (see this article). These installers are now delivered as executable files, with the VC++ redistributable embedded in them). As a side effect, the installation of this version might take longer to complete, depending on the current system configuration. In any case, please do no interrupt the installation wizard during the processing of the C++ module (it will eventually complete).
