Fixed the plot output of symbols containing black filled areas.

The groups tool tips are now properly serialized in user settings. Image transparency was lost during cut and paste operations.
Map Export
In projects with an unusual units setup (different from m;mm;1000;1), the export of the map to native CAD formats (dwg, dgn) was wrong.
