Dynamic Legend
A correction has been made in dynamic colorizations. When a colorization applied a MapPalette.Render color (normal display) to a scaled (text or symbol) element, that element could be displayed with a black color.
Web Layer Indexer
An erroneous error message was issued by the Web layer indexer when synchronizing a new web layer.
