Merge Spatial Filters
The 'Add Spatial Filter' tool is enhanced. When the user selects an existing contour, the tool now proposes to merge that geometry with the existing spatial filter (when available).
Elec MV schemas
The tool that automates the generation of MV feeders schemas is enhanced, to provide the open/close state and the name of the switches involved in back feeding.
Patch installers for VAX and VAAS
A 'Check For Updates' entry is added in the help menu of the configuration applications of the VAX and VAAS services. Minor version changes are installed as patches, without requiring to first uninstall the service.
There is an error in the base installer for VAX and VAAS that causes a problem when the patch installer is applied. This problem will be resolved in an upcoming installer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Updated Guichet Unique Snap-In
The snap-in has been updated. In addition to some small schema changes, this version will load a consultation dossier directly from an XML file, if the file has the correct XML schema and is placed directly in the source directory. Also, we now accept polygon in the GML posList format (in addition to lists of GML coordinates).
